Buying a Property
It is important to know that the property you are about to buy is sound in every respect. We recognise the huge investment you are making – possibly the biggest you will ever make. We will check that the boundaries are in order, that there are no disputes with adjoining owners, that the fixtures and fittings to be included in the sale are correct and agreed and all the details are covered, leaving you to enjoy your moving in day.
If you are buying an investment property or portfolio we will make sure that credit is given for the tenancy deposit and the right to collect rent is appropriately transferred, as well as reporting to you on any current tenancy arrangements.
