Clare left the seaside to work alongside Jean at the start of 2010 and heads up the Commercial Department, specialising in Commercial and Residential Property. Clare studied law at degree level and graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in Preston with a 2:1, receiving the Graduates Association Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement in 2000 for best third year grades. She then went on to complete her professional exams at the College of Law in Chester. When she’s not busy surfing the web, she enjoys watching live bands with husband, Kevin, and spending time with her two young children at their home in Didsbury.
